Return / Cancellation Policy

We make the utmost effort to ensure that all DVD and book orders are filled and shipped within one business day after you order.

For DVD or book purchases, if you are not satisfied, please Contact Us and we will refund the purchase price of your item when you return the unopened product to us. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for shipping and handling charges or for opened products.

For Memberships, if you contact us within 7 days, we will refund your membership, no questions asked.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is a top concern for us. We do not share your information with any external vendors, period. We may contact you at some time in the future to ask if you would like to Opt-in for special offers or a newsletter or to ask if there is any way we can help you and your puppy.

Terms of Use

You have purchased these lessons, received a discount on these lessons, or have been given access to the lessons because of the generosity of your veterinarian or other caring pet organization.  These lessons are for you and are not to be given or shared with others unless you have been granted special written permission from PuppySmarts, LLC. to do so.  Memberships last for a period of 90 days from the date you sign up.  Once you are a member we invite you to come back to continue to participate in all of the features of our "members only" area and other nifty things we can bring to you along the way to help you and your puppy enjoy a wonderful life together.
